Ruby upgrade breaks downloads-page

When upgrading the Ruby version to 3.1 the downloads-page was broken.
Latest release, changelog and checksum became empty fields.

I think I updated this by a report on slack and have just noticed this issue today.
I had a little sequence of updates ending in ed89bff

If there are other things that need a tinker on the site still I am up for it!

Hmm, I think they're different issues..
I'm talking about this line where a ruby-version is installed during actions:

simplesamlphp.github.io/.github/workflows/github-pages.yml

Line 18 in ed89bff

ruby-version: 2.7

But by all means, if you wanna try and upgrade it, go ahead! The only thing I tried was to change that version number to 3.1, but it didn't go well and has proven hard to debug.
